Hi,
I'm Ilze, a passionate health and wellness coach helping you to improve body and mind through yoga, breathwork.

​My practice combines gentle movement, asanas and meditation that work in harmony with the breath. Consistent practice, either 1:1 or in a group, will help you become more flexible, strong and connected.
​
To support mind clarity and reduce stress I run short courses in breathing techniques giving you the tools to calm the nervous system and bring overall balance to the body.
​
If you need time to completely switch off, I welcome you to try my relaxation events which run monthly.
